Repair
201 RubberFlex is ideal for the repair of existing leaking roofs where it can be applied directly over existing roof finishes such as asphalt or felt depending upon the integrity of the surface and subject to the correct Newton Primer being used.
Landscaped and Paved Roof Areas
Where a dimpled drainage membrane from our System 300 range of decking membrane is used to drain and protect the primary roof waterproofing membrane of where the use of a reservoir membrane is used for Turfed or Green roofs. In the case of a Green Roof 201 RubberFlex membrane is also is a tried and tested barrier to prevent root penetration
Warm Roof Areas
Where an integral seamless roof waterproofing area is required
