• Newton 201 RubberFlex is a cold applied polyurethane membrane providing an extremely quick and cost effective deck waterproofing system which can deal with all the challenges that external waterproofing poses within the United Kingdom. Newton 202 QuickCure, can be added to dramatically reduce curing time of the product.
• 201 RubberFlex is used above one of the Newton System 900 primers that ensure the surface is perfectly prepared for the polyurethane membrane.

Our combination of primer, waterproofing membrane and accelerants allows the experienced professional waterproofing contractor the ability to place the system within one day, weather permitting.

• Newton 203 RubberFlex-V is a thixotropic derivative of Newton 201 RubberFlex that is formulated for use to vertical and sloped surfaces.
• Newton 206 PolySpray is a 2 component Polyurethane resin, which cures very fast into an elastic membrane which has the capacity to bridge over fissures. Being spray applied, 206 PolySpray can be applied extremely quickly to very large roofs, a balcony, car park and podium decks.
• Newton 205 ColorSeal is a UV stable, single component, protective and decorative, polyurethane resin top-coat that can be transparent or pigmented in RAL colours through the addition of pigment pastes. It has numerous uses as an extremely very hard wearing and UV stable coating for both outdoor and ventilated indoor applications.

The deck waterproofing system can be further enhanced with the inclusion of a Newton System 400 external waterproofing drainage or reservoir membrane, which allow for drainage protection of the primary membrane or for the addition of a green or turf roof to be placed above.

Hengoed Care Home is situated in an elevated and exposed position overlooking Swansea Bay, Wales. The Care Home Owners commissioned a large extension to the existing building which includes a balcony overlooking the bay and a small internal terrace courtyard area. Both were built above habitable basement accommodation. There was no requirement to waterproof the basement area due to the construction of a cut off wall; there was a requirement to waterproof the exposed balcony and terrace decks to prevent water ingress from above.
