Newton 205 ColorSeal is a UV stable, single component, protective polyurethane resin top-coat. 205 ColorSeal provides a transparent hard wearing coating or it can be coloured with the addition of pigmented quartz sand to provide a textured, slip resistant, UV colour stable finish. It’s primary use is as a UV stable and hard wearing protection coat above the Newton RubberFlex podium deck and flat roof waterproofing system. Its exceptional strength and durability means it can be used as a stand-alone flooring product also.

Newton 205 ColorSeal cures to a gloss finish. For pedestrian walkways it is recommended that a coloured quartz sand is applied to the still tacky first coat of 205 ColorSeal to give a non-slip surface.
